The New Washington Herald is published weekly on Thursday, except the first and Second Thursday in July,

The advertising deadline for all ads is Tuesday 10:00 a.m. for publication that week.

The Herald reserves the right to refuse, edit or limit any advertising that does not conform to U.S. postage regulations or the ethics and truthfulness of good media advertising.

The Herald was founded in 1881 and has published continuously since that time. It covers the selling area of New Washington, Chatfield, Tiro and the rural areas of each community totaling approximately 50 square miles with a circulation of 1,600 per week.
